How do I
register or sign-up?
You do not have to sign –up to view jobs. An account is
required to apply for Jobs, and submit your resume. If you want
to create an account go to our home page click on Submit
your resume.
What is a
User ID?
User ID is a valid email address you used when you created your
account.
Why must I
provide an e-mail address?
An e-mail address is required so you may be contacted when you
apply for jobs. Your e-mail address is also your username when
you create an account.
How do I
select a password?
Select a password that you can easily remember.
I forgot my
password what do I do?
When you enter a screen that requires a password, click on the
Forgot Password Button.
Can I post
more than one resume?
No. You can only post one resume per account.

• Who pays for
this recruiting service, the hiring company or me?
Our recruiting services are completely free to you, the job
seeker.
• What types of
positions do you fill?
We recruit people in the following industries: Engineering &
Design, Administrative, Accounting & Finance, Automotive,
Architectural, Construction, Information Technology, and
Manufacturing. These industries consist of a wide variety of
highly skilled positions to entry-level.
• How long do the
assignments last?
The length of the assignment varies. Some are short-term; some
are long-term. We match the right person with the right job, if
you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then
we'll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the
assignments are subject to our clients needs.
• How and when am
I paid?
Contract employees are paid bi-weekly by CitiStaff. Usually,
based on the number of hours worked and the position's pay rate;
in some cases contract employees are paid a salary. Direct
placement employees are paid in accordance with client’s
payroll policies.
• Will I make
more money as a contract employee or in a permanent position?
Many times you can make more money as a contract employee than
as a direct hire employee.

Does
CitiStaff have a minimum age requirement to work?
All applicants must
be at least 18 years of age in order to be considered for
employment.
Does
CitiStaff hire permanent resident aliens? Green card holders?
Those with valid work visas?
Most positions are
open to any individual eligible to work in the United States,
including those with valid Employment Authorization Documents,
those with valid United States Permanent Resident Cards (aka
Green Cards), and others eligible to work in the United States
as described on Department
of Homeland Security web site document I-9.
Would
CitiStaff be willing to transfer H1?
CitiStaff only hires individuals currently eligible to work in
the United States for any employer. For information on
employment eligibility in the United States, please visit the U.S.
Immigration Services web site.
