Accounting Jobs Accounting professionals may: prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports; analyze financial trends within an organization including those related to costs and spending, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses; and, report finances to management and offer suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies, and budget forecasts.
Accounts Payable Jobs Accounts Payable professionals may be responsible for all activities in the accounts payable function, including: ensuring timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers, maintaining accurate records and control reports, and reviewing applicable accounting reports and accounts payable register to ensure accuracy.
Accounts Receivable Jobs Accounts Receivable professionals may be responsible for all activities in the accounts receivable function, including: negotiating with past due accounts, referring accounts to collection agencies, maintaining accurate records and auditing methods and procedures of the accounts receivable function to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Bookkeeping Jobs Billing candidates may be responsible for compiling amounts owed from purchase orders, charge slips, sales tickets, etc., preparing invoices and recording transactions, and maintaining all payment records. Billing candidates may also work with vendors and customers to resolve billing issues or document billing adjustments.
Business Analyst Jobs Business Analyst professionals may conduct analysis on work procedures and recommend changes to improve the organization’s effectiveness through process and/or system re-engineering. Business Analysts support these recommendations with proper research to illustrate the efficiency and impact of such recommendations, and may oversee changes and transitions of operations support systems and programs.
Financial Analyst Jobs Financial Analyst professionals may: compile and analyze financial information for an organization; develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations; analyze profitability trends and participate in forecasting processes; perform reconciliation of internal accounts; and, ensure financial information is recorded and reported accurately in accordance with all policies, procedures and regulations.
Project Manager Jobs Project Managers may be responsible for: directing all phases of programs from inception through completion; participating in the negotiation of contract and contract changes; coordinating the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract; acting as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance; identifying problems and obtaining solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications.
