Construction Positions Types: |
| |
| Project Managers: Ability
to estimate, sell and manage a project. The well rounded
generalist is able to estimate self-performed trades and
solicit and evaluate subcontractors' bids. Knowledge of
industry specific estimating, scheduling and job costing
software along with strong interpersonal skills and a
demonstrated ability to work closely with field management
and subcontractors as well as cultivate continued positive
Owner relations. |

| Project Engineers: Degreed
candidates have experience working with scheduling,
document control and the ability to problem solve in the
field. Knowledge of industry specific estimating,
scheduling and job costing software along with strong
interpersonal skills. |

| Pre-Construction Managers:
Degreed candidates with the ability to interact with
clients from the conceptual phase of a project throughout
completion and beyond. Strong interpersonal skills and a
good working knowledge of estimating, project management
and scheduling. |

| Superintendents: Proven
ability to schedule and manage subcontractors as well as
interface with Designers and Owners' representatives. Lead
supervisory experience in industry projects and ground-up
construction as well as renovation experience. |

| Engineers: Our engineers
apply skills in all facets of construction services
including Technical Engineering, Cost Engineering,
Scheduling, Estimating and Safety. |
| QA/QC Engineers: Working
knowledge of civil, mechanical and structural construction
processes is preferred. Candidate should be knowledgeable
in quality control inspection techniques and test
procedures. |

| Estimators: Hands-on
estimating experience to take-off and price self performed
elements as well as solicit and evaluate subcontractor
bids. This individual must also have the ability to
assemble complete proposals for customers, as well as
prepare for contingency/risk assessments and fee
discussions. Experience in industry specific software
included. |

| Project Accountants:
Construction accounting experience and a high degree of
accuracy and adherence to Company procedures and policies
utilizing industry specific software. Strong interpersonal
and multi-tasking skills for interfacing with Company
management, clients and subcontractors. |

| Auditors: Our auditors
have quality assurance/quality control experience or
similar project engineering/accounting experience.
We provide certified auditor with a sound working
knowledge of civil, mechanical and structural construction
processes. |

| Office Managers: Support
estimating departments and operations teams as needed.
Duties include drafting letters, building spreadsheets,
preparing presentations and proposals, answering phones,
filing and performing other duties as requested.
Knowledge of the construction industry and experience with
industry specific accounting software. |

| Administrative Assistants:
Assist multiple discipline managers in documentation and
updating the company programs. Strong data
management background with superior attention to detail
required. |

| |
| Project Management:
Industry experienced PM that works on client’s project
site. Responsible for on-time / within budget performance
and may be required to manage multiple projects
concurrently depending on scope. Leadership / mentoring
role that may require PMP certification. |

Electrical:
Power distribution systems and layouts; power
system evaluations and analysis; grounding,
lighting & protection systems; conduit/duct
bank/cable tray systems; security, safety and
communication systems. |

Mechanical:
Develop specifications and detail P&ID's;
manage budgets, manpower planning, and schedules;
Checking and drawing review; Access materials of
construction requirements, perform code reviews,
and to technically evaluate technology options for
projects. |

Piping: Works from
P & IDs, project standards, project
specifications and vendor data to layout and
design complex piping systems for refinery,
petrochemical and other facilities; works with
civil/structural and stress departments to ensure
adequate flexibility and support of the piping
systems; Prepares his/her own drawings and checks
work of others for conformance |

Process:
experience in all facets of Process Design
experience including preparation of heat and
weight balances, PFD’s, P&ID’s, hydraulic
and relief valve calculations, equipment

Instrumentation & Controls:
Assist in the specification of instrumentation for
the process industry including: Flow, pressure and
temperature gauges, transmitters, elements and
switches; control valves, block valves and divert
valves; flow stream analyzers, sampling systems;
restriction orifices, differential pressure
devices; level gauges, relief valves, rupture
disks |

Architectural / Civil /
Structural: Designing structural steel,
foundation and frame analysis; site surveying; 3D
modeling; designing construction documents /
drawings; involved in all phases from initial
design through completion. |

Site Safety:
Knowledge of site-specific rules, such as
minimum PPE requirements and site emergency plan;
perform daily documented site safety observations;
review Contractor training qualifications as
needed for safe work procedures; participate in
incident investigations. |

Estimators:
Responsible for producing cost estimates for
large-scale engineering, procurement, and
construction projects; estimate and establish
Total Install Cost (TIC); review design or Request
for Proposal (RFP) scope criteria; perform cash
flows, escalation analysis and contingency
analysis. |
 |
Purchasing:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans
and day to day administration for construction
material and services procurement. Minimization
of material / service costs, while successfully
managing all risks involved and developing
supplier relations. |
 |
Project Services:
Conceptual design; total installed cost
estimating; engineering, design and construction
schedule development; equipment procurement, bid
analysis and inspections; contract and bid
analysis; start-ups, commissioning and review of
field installation. |
