Process Engineer – Responsible for performing professional process engineering research, design, development, modification, and evaluation in support of semiconductor capital equipment. Determine process approaches and parameters. Propose, review and evaluate processes. Generate and/or direct process activities. Design and conduct independent experiments or tests. Define problems and objectives, develop approach, analyze results and provide recommendations. Manage implementation of required changes and modifications. Minimum experience: 2 – 4 years.

Field Service Engineer / Equipment Engineer – Serve as a tool owner for high end capital equipment used in the semiconductor industry. Provide ‘hands on’ technical expertise and reliability improvement solutions. This role will interact directly with manufacturing and team members to optimize overall equipment effectiveness. This role will also be responsible for maintaining equipment using proper maintenance procedures and advanced troubleshooting techniques. Minimum experience: 2 – 4 years.

Maintenance Technician – Responsible for maintaining semiconductor equipment and will also work closely with manufacturing and process engineering to support a 24x7 manufacturing operation. Collect and summarize process data for engineering evaluation. Work on assignments that are complex in nature where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making recommendations. Provide technical assistance to process engineering. Minimum experience: 2 – 4 years.

Manufacturing Specialist – Clean room manufacturing production position will be responsible for operation of both automatic and semi-automatic equipment. Production processes will include such activities as Etch, diffusion, photo-lithography. Duties include checking and inspecting operations against predetermined specifications. Work duties will include working with chemicals, gasses and microscopes. Minimum experience: 2 – 4 years. 

Install Engineer – Assemble and install equipment used in the semiconductor manufacturing process requires the ability to read wiring diagrams and have the capability of wiring, soldering and working in confined areas. Assembly tasks include taking test readings using common instruments such as digital multi-meters, signal generators and oscilloscopes. Must be able to work in a team environment and have flexible work hours. Minimum experience: 2 – 4 years.

Install Lead – Requires project management and hands on capability to ensure on-time completion of installation, the ability to work with cross functional teams from facilities to engineering and possess the leadership quality to direct and manage a crew of engineers over a prolonged period of time. High proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools including Microsoft project. Daily updates to both internal and external customers including providing management with timeline review and corrective actions as required. Minimum experience: 2-4 years.
